About

ABOUT

My name is Naomi, and I specialise in Craniosacral and Clinical Massage Therapy, with comprehensive training from both Jing and the Upledger Institute UK.

Together, we’ll explore the root causes of your discomfort, devising strategies to alleviate and manage your pain, ultimately restoring your ability to relish life’s pleasures.

My expertise spans a diverse range of holistic treatments, encompassing, Craniosacral therapy, Holistic, Clinical, Pregnancy and cancer massage.

The joy I find in my profession stems from witnessing the transformative impact it has on individuals—how it not only revitalises the person receiving treatment but also positively influences their family and friends, as they observe their loved one free from the shackles of persistent pain.

I am adept at addressing a spectrum of chronic musculoskeletal conditions and pain syndromes, including:

  • Temporomandibular Joint Disorders (TMJ)
  • Migraines and Headaches
  • Trigeminal Neuralgia
  • Post-COVID Syndrome
  • Trauma
  • Stress and Anxiety
  • Back and Neck Pain
  • Whiplash
  • Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)
  • Fibromyalgia
  • And various other persistent injury or pain-related issues.

My qualifications encompass:

  • Advanced Clinical Massage
  • Craniosacral Therapy, including Advanced Level 1 and Somato Emotional Release techniques
  • TMJ Therapy
  • Oncology Massage (across all stages of treatment)
  • Pregnancy Massage (including pre and post-natal care)
  • Reiki Level 2 (both distant and in-person sessions)
  • Silent Counselling (available through video or in-person)
  • Seated Massage (primarily for corporate or public events).

I approach each session with warmth and empathy, fully considering your physical and emotional well-being, and I am dedicated to collaborating with you to achieve the healing you seek.

I hold professional memberships with the Massage Training Institute (MTI), the CranioSacral Society (CSS), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC)—the latter being recognized by the NHS. My experience includes working with the MacMillan unit in Chichester and The Olive Tree Cancer Support charity in Horsham, providing Oncology massage and Craniosacral therapy to patients and their immediate families—a role I find immensely fulfilling.

Having personally navigated the challenges of pain, I understand its profound effect on one’s life and those around them. As a lifelong migraine sufferer, someone who experiences mild TMJ, and having been diagnosed with ME/CFS, I can attest to the significant relief and management Craniosacral Therapy has afforded me. Regular maintenance treatments have been pivotal in enhancing my quality of life, and I advocate for a maintenance plan as an essential component of modern wellness.

My passion is fueled by the difference I make in people’s lives, enabling them to reclaim their vitality and, in turn, positively affecting their loved ones by transforming them into happier, pain-free individuals.

I have previously volunteered my expertise at the MacMillan unit in Chichester and The Olive Tree Cancer Support charity in Horsham, providing oncology massage and Craniosacral therapy to patients and families.

Let me help you rediscover a life free from pain and full of well-being.

Here are a couple of reviews from people I have treated:

“I recently had a bespoke massage/treatment due to pain and numbness in hip/sacrum and leg. Naomi was incredible. Made me feel completely at ease, treatment was fantastic and more to the point, it helped. She gave me after care advice, including stretches to do at home. I cannot recommend highly enough. Very professional, empathetic and has outstanding knowledge and experience! Will definitely be booking again soon.” – Adrienne McGrath

“I had my first of many amazing massages with Naomi today. Prior to the appointment, she took time to get to know me and my body/what it needs which resulted in a wonderfully tailored experience (instead of a “one size fits all” approach that you can find in other places). She was the perfect balance between friendly and professional and you can tell that she puts her heart and soul into her practice. The space was also beautifully warm and peaceful. Thank you, Naomi “- Ruth – Horsham

“Having just had Covid and been off work for three weeks I decided to get a massage. I’m feeling quite fatigued so wanted something gentle that would help with my recovery. I’m a therapist myself so am very choosy and know what treatments to choose at the right time. Naomi did some amazing Myofascial work to my chest and back as well as Craniosacral releases to aid my breathing. I slept like a baby when I got home and this morning feeling so much better and energised. This is a very subtle kind of treatment but very effective and the Amazing Naomi is a true expert at it. I highly recommend you try it if you like me are on the road to recovery.” – Lee – Dorking

What is Holistic Massage you ask?

Holistic –“ dealing with or treating the whole of something or someone and not just a part”

A holistic massage is a massage that can affect and benefit the whole person not just a specific body part. It works on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional /spiritual. It helps to redress the balance and harmony in the body that is disrupted by busy, stressful lives.

A holistic massage is a massage treatment that is unique to you the client as it is tailored to your specific needs and requirements at the time of the treatment.
